Drawing upon approximately 130 marfūʿ traditions employing prohibitive expressions (ṣīghah al-nahy and lā tafʿal), the study explores the Legal , Ethical , and Spiritual and spiritual wisdom embedded in these prohibitions. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ not only taught the forms and timings of prayer but also established boundaries that ensure its spiritual purity and inner concentration. By examining both verbal and physical prohibitions and analyzing them in light of the Quraan , authentic hadith, and juristic interpretation, this article demonstrates how these restrictions serve to perfect humility (khushūʿ) and discipline (adab) within worship. The research concludes that the Prophetic prohibitions are not mere restrictions but divine frameworks safeguarding the sanctity, focus, and transformative essence of prayer.
Saeed Ahmed Dr.Majid Rashid Copyright (c) 2025 Al-Bahis Journal of Islamic Sciences Research " Y " Catagory 2025-11-25 2025-11-25 6 2 31 41 Basics Principles of Trading In the light of Islamic teachings https://brjisr.com/index.php/brjisr/article/view/246
Trade is the exchange of goods and services. In which goods and services were exchanged. In modern times, trade has become "money" rather than commodities. The invention of money has made trade simple and easy and trade has developed through money. Trade between two traders is called bilateral trade while trade between more than two traders is called multilateral trade.

Trading is also referred to as the process that traders and financial market operators perform.

Trade is one of the best sources of halal sustenance, which is favored by Allah and was adopted as a profession by the Prophet of Allah, Muhammad (Peace be upon him). It traces the movement from early ascetic piety in the first two Islamic centuries, through classical Sufism centered on divine love, to the Khurasan path of attraction and annihilation, and finally to the metaphysical synthesis associated with Ibn Arabi and later thinkers. The research asks how forms of spiritual practice, language, and self-understanding shifted across these stages, and how changing political and intellectual settings shaped those shifts without erasing a shared ethical core. The study relies on close reading of early zuhd literature, classical Sufi manuals, hagiographical collections, and key philosophical Sufi works, along with modern critical scholarship in Arabic and European languages. The analysis shows that the first stage framed Sufism as intense God-conscious adherence to Qur’an and Sunna; the second recast the same rigor around love, longing, and technical notions such as state, station, and ecstasy. The third stage pushed experience toward sustained attraction and annihilation, yet kept debate over law and normativity in view. The fourth articulated wide-ranging ontological schemes, most famously the doctrine associated with wahdat al wujud, and triggered enduring controversy among theologians and jurists. I argue that these four stages form a single long-developing project of inner purification, rather than competing departures from Islamic normativity, and that this long arc helps explain both the endurance of Sufism and its ongoing power to speak to diverse seekers of God.
Dr Hafiz Ahmed Saeed Rana Muhammad Sohail Copyright (c) 2025 Al-Bahis Journal of Islamic Sciences Research " Y " Catagory 2025-12-02 2025-12-02 6 2 42 49 The Role of Naqshbandi Sufis of Dera Ghazi Khan in the Preservation and Promotion of the Religious Thought of Mujaddid Alf Thani https://brjisr.com/index.php/brjisr/article/view/249
The preservation and dissemination of the religious thought of Mujaddid Alf Thani (Shaykh Ahmad Sirhindi) has remained a subject of great significance both during his lifetime and in subsequent centuries. His reformist movement sought to safeguard the fundamental Islamic beliefs of Tawheed, Prophethood, and the Hereafter, establishing a clear and firm stance against deviations and innovations. His intellectual and spiritual efforts provided a solid foundation for the stability of Sunni orthodoxy in the Indian subcontinent. The Naqshbandi Sufi order, closely associated with his teachings, played a vital role in spreading and sustaining his reformist vision across various regions.

In the southern Punjab region, particularly in Dera Ghazi Khan, Naqshbandi Sufis became instrumental in promoting Mujaddid Alf Thani’s religious ideology. They combined spirituality with social reform, emphasizing purification of the soul, remembrance of Allah, and strict adherence to Shariah. Their contributions not only reinforced the reformist legacy of Mujaddid Alf Thani but also shaped the religious and cultural fabric of the region. This study critically explores the intellectual and spiritual influence of the Naqshbandi Sufis of Dera Ghazi Khan in preserving and transmitting the teachings of Mujaddid Alf Thani in the local context.

Manzoor Husain Manzoor Ahmad Dr Najamuddin Bhutto Copyright (c) 2025 Al-Bahis Journal of Islamic Sciences Research " Y " Catagory 2025-11-22 2025-11-22 6 2 17 30 Quality Standards and Consumer Rights: An Evaluation in the Light of Pakistani Law and Islamic Teachings https://brjisr.com/index.php/brjisr/article/view/245
In the bustling marketplace of Pakistan, the allure of affordability often masks a looming predicament: substandard goods.
