Abstract

 Allama Iqbal is recognized as a great poet. He is also seen as a representative of Islam.  The central point of his poetry is related to the problems and the challenges faced by Muslims and their solutions. While demonstrating the supremacy of Islamic system over all. He defines the practical picture of Islam and how Islam presents a best system than other systems in this modern age?  Besides the thoughts of Western civilization, whether they are political or economic or related to the struggle for freedom, all of them will be evaluated in the light of Kalam-e-Iqbal.

Iqbal criticized Western ideas but at the same time those ideas and thoughts which were not against the spiritual sense of Islam but were the hallmark of a lively society. Iqbal also praised them and urged the country and nation to adopt them.  Iqbal mostly addresses the youth in his speech.  He tried to convince the youth who were lost in the colors of the West, that they should not leave their religion and the heritage of their ancestors in the external glitter but hold on to it
