Abstract

Education and training of individuals is fundamental in the construction and formation of any society. Since man is the best of creatures and has an effective role in establishing good and evil on earth, special emphasis has been placed on the education and training of individuals in the Qur'an and Sunnah. The teaching of the book, wisdom and self-purification are the work of the prophets and the source of prophet hood, and these principles have been given by Allah to the prophets so that they can convey the guidance of Allah to the people so that people will believe and live their individual and collective lives according to the commandments of Allah. Live according to the teachings. Islam has set the rules and regulations for the guidance and guidance of every class of society. The education and training system is the basis for the development of any country and nation. Improvement in human personality comes only through education and training. This is the reason why the teachings and methods of passing through different stages for the education and training of the human race are found in religions and civilizations. Because there are two types of groups in this world, one group considers man as free and independent to live his life as he wants. While the other group believes that the universe was created by one Allah. So we have to live according to His will. The basis of which is the belief in monotheism, hereafter and prophethood. As if the field of research should be kept open for educational quality and effective training. Because the work of building society cannot be done with the fixed curriculum and traditional way of training. Rather, we want such a style of training that meets the requirements of the present age and is also connected with the basic values ​​of the Qur'an and Sunnah. Peace and order and disorder in this world depend on the actions of human beings. The role has been discussed and the reasons for the lack of training in the present age and their solutions have also been presented by making the Islamic style of training the center.
