This research paper investigates the Prophetic teachings concerning acts prohibited during Salah (Islamic prayer) through a thematic, hadith-based, and analytical approach. Drawing upon approximately 130 marfūʿ traditions employing prohibitive expressions (ṣīghah al-nahy and lā tafʿal), the study explores the Legal , Ethical , and Spiritual and spiritual wisdom embedded in these prohibitions. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ not only taught the forms and timings of prayer but also established boundaries that ensure its spiritual purity and inner concentration. By examining both verbal and physical prohibitions and analyzing them in light of the Quraan , authentic hadith, and juristic interpretation, this article demonstrates how these restrictions serve to perfect humility (khushūʿ) and discipline (adab) within worship. The research concludes that the Prophetic prohibitions are not mere restrictions but divine frameworks safeguarding the sanctity, focus, and transformative essence of prayer.
