Prerequisities for taxation Research study in the light of Islamic teachings

Abstract

Nobody on face of earth can reply the question full justification that will the experts of economy forms with the policy of taxation without any prejudice or discrimination and the same will replicate the aspirations of people.  This is the point where religion intervenes which lay down permanent solution to solve this taxation problem. God has bestowed a human a gift of common sense but when this fail to solve human problems then the religion or laws of God offer the remedy/solution of such intricate problems. We human have certain limits/ shortcomings in our sense this it is only super natural power of sharia provides us true and proper guidance. In holy Quran it is clearly mentioned that no any ruler or parliament of the world is empowered to levy tax on people. This only rests with God and his holy prophets who have laid down the complete procedure of taxation which is free from all defects and is in the best interest of human wellbeing. It is the only way by which this tug of war between rulers and ruled may be sorted out once far all.
