Islam is a perfect religion and a complete system of life, it guides humanity in all areas of life, where Islam emphasizes the reformation of the individual in individual life, it lays down the golden principles of collective life, in the Islamic system of life, where worship is important, there are matters Islam is a perfect religion and a complete system of life, leading the way for humanity in all areas of life. Where Islam emphasizes the reformation of the individual in individual life, it lays down the golden principles of collective life. In the Islamic system of life, where the importance of worship is there, where matters, society and ethics also have the first rank.

Just as Islam has its own system of economy and its economic principles, in the same way Islam has its own system of politics and government. It is a perfect code of life which not only informs man about the rules and manners of economy and society, but also teaches them the principles of transparent governance if its followers get power in any part of the earth.

Counseling and consultation system and atmosphere are among the distinctions of Islam and Allah Almighty has mentioned this in the Holy Qur'an among the characteristics of Muslims. Throughout his life, it was the custom of the Messenger of Allah that most of the Companions used to consult with the Companions, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, in matters that faced them, and in those matters in which revelation was not revealed, they used to make their decisions with mutual consultation. Twenty incidents of such counseling are mentioned in the hadiths, out of which I am mentioning two so that the Prophet's (PBUH) message on the need for counseling and its importance and status may come before us.

There are many other sayings and incidents of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) with reference to the importance of consultation and the implementation of a consultative decision, which means that mutual consultation is a prominent feature of Muslims and an important part of the collective system of Islam. Whose blessings and fruits and logical consequences are clear? The decisions of the Caliphs were often based on consultation and even today this is the safe and blessed path for us.
