Abstract

This topic is one of the important jurisprudential topics, because jurisprudence examines religious issues, and Muslims are obligated to address these issues as much as possible. Islamic jurisprudence is distinguished from other sciences by being constantly renewed and taking into account new developments, and finding rulings for them according to a scientific methodology that jurists have followed, both ancient and modern. This topic has a strong connection to contemporary jurisprudential developments and the methodology of issuing fatwas on jurisprudential developments.
